Design –  We work in consultation with you to develop your project from concept, to prototype, to production. We use our experience in various manufacturing and machining processes to determine the most cost effective manufacturing methods for your specific project. We utilize multiple work stations of Solidworks, Autocad and Mastercam software to progress from your concept to reality.

Prototyping –  We can handle everything from cost effective simple proof of concept prototypes, to final production design prototypes, utilizing a variety of in-house machinery ranging from manual machinery to state of the art CNC machines as your specific needs dictate.

Mold Making – By combining the use of Solidworks for modeling and Mastercam for sophisticated CNC programming as well as our high speed mold machines, we are able to machine molds with complex Shapes, contours and geometry.

Production – We excel at both long & short run production, utilizing the most cost effective of our nine CNC machines, including our flagship vertical production machine Hitachi Seiki with high speed spindle, high pressure through spindle coolant and a pallet changer for the most efficient non-stop machining.

Assembly & kitting – Prigel Machine offers a complete process for all your assembly and kitting needs ranging from parts we machine for you to off the shelf items assembled and/or kitted to your needs.
